Roller Coating

On the surface of an object coating is applied usually it is the substrate. By applying this coating it may be decorative, functional or both. It may differ completely covering the substrate or only cover parts of the substrate. Paper, fabric, film, foil, or sheet stock such as are substrates.

Roller coating is a process when the substrate starts and ends the process wound up in a roll. The process includes
  • Forward Roller Coating
  • Reverse Roller Coating

Features

  • Coatings that mostly have dual uses of protecting the substrate and being decorative
  • Coatings may be applied to change the surface properties of the substrate, such as adhesion, wet-ability, corrosion resistance, or wear resistance
  • Trouble free clean printing
  • Heat Resistance
  • Very low solvent preservation and high bond strengths

Application

  • Product label on many drinks bottles
  • Printed circuit boards
  • Coating for paper, film and foil packaging
ROLLER COATING INKS are used in steel and paper industries which involves unique surfaces. And for their specific applications it will meet the performance by adding wear life and reduce maintenance.
Mostly ROLLER COATING INKS improves appearance, adhesion, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface. The functionality of the coating must adhere to the substrate.
